Raghavendra “Raghu” Aithal is Vice President and Head of the Claims vertical at ValueMomentum. He leads the team in helping clients reimagine the claims journey, bringing empathy back into the claims experience while driving workflow modernization and optimizing claims outcomes. With nearly 20 years at ValueMomentum, Raghu has held strategic leadership roles including Client Partner, AVP of Client Services, and Director of Solution Architecture. He has led transformative initiatives across policy, billing, and claims for key P&C customers. Prior to ValueMomentum, Raghu also held roles at Mindtree and 3i Infotech. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from University of Michigan.
